Keep in mind that all mail is opened.
Addresses to the prisoner must be written exactly as show.
At some facilities, large envelopes, such as would be used to send books, may not be padded. It should be marked clearly on the outside of the envelope if it contains books (paperback allowed not hardcover) or reference material.
Some facilities require your full name (ie: Chuck Brown NOT C. Brown) and complete return address. Sometimes a return address label will be removed, so print or type your return address on the envelope.
If your mail is not delivered it normally will be returned to you.
